Awesome New Morning Star Subscriptions for Collectors!

Awesome New Morning Star Subscriptions for Collectors!

Some big changes at Morning Star

The economy has hit everyone hard and its no exception for small press publishers.  Our costs have gone up significantly while sales have gone down.  In order to stay healthy in this market something is going to have to give so here is our plan.

Morning Star will be publishing approximately 8 titles a year in 2010.  These releases starting with next years schedule will be in a more traditional book format, cloth bound, signature sheets, foil stamping, perhaps even dust jackets, etc.   These editions will be great quality, very readable, durable editions you’ve come to cherish in your libraries.

We will be announcing a subscription program where you will be able to subscribe and get your purchases at a 15% discount off the cover price.  All subscribers will be given a secured number and will keep that number for as long as they stay current on their subscription (Those that ordered VENDETTA limited edition can request to have their same number for their subscription).

We will also have some very special bonuses throughout the year that ONLY goes out to our subscribers.  These bonuses will ultimately be very collectible special issues reserved for our subscribers as our way of saying thanks for your continued support.

Here are the bullet points:

We are limiting the subscriptions to only 110!

  • Subscriptions will have a one-time nonrefundable fee of $9 to secure their subscriptions.
  • Subscribers will not pay for the title until the book is ready to ship. They will receive a hidden link in their email to order and pay for the book at the reduced price when the title is in stock and ready to ship.
  • Subscribers will receive a 15% discount off the cover price of all editions within the subscription program.
  • Subscribers will receive secured numbers as long as there membership is in good standing.
