Published in 2004 by Centipede Press in an insanely low run of 300 signed and numbered copies (most recent King limited have at least 1000 copies).
This copy is #195 of 300 signed by King and photographer Jerry Ulesman.
Book and slipcase are both new, as they came from the publisher.
I have the original packaging materials too and it will be shipped in these (only really important as they have the #195 matching them to this book).

For sale is a copy of the signed/limited edition of Stephen King & Peter Straub’s “Black House”.
Published in 2002 by Donald M Grant, this is #1452 of 1500 signed by King, Straub and artist Rick Berry.
Rick Berry added a small sketch of the “Queen Bee” which is stamped on the book spine and tray case as well.
Book and tray case are both in fine condition.
Comes with an info sheet/ COA from the Berry’s explaining the sketch and its rarity.
